Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki Master Bronwyn Beynon offers healing sessions before the service on Sundays  from 10:20 am to 10:50 am, and after the Service by request - in the Sanctuary. Each session takes only 3-5 minutes and no appointment is necessary. Just show up! There is no charge for the session. Reiki is an oriental type of energy healing. The Unity of Tampa Board of Trustees meets the third Sunday of the month (unless otherwise noted), after the Sunday Service, in Fellowship Hall.


Grief and Recovery Support Group

The Grief and Recovery Support Group meets the third Sunday of the month, 1 -3 pm,  with facilitator Jan Coan. Grief can follow any sort of loss or unsettling change, not just the death of a loved one. The good news is that grief can be processed effectively. Learn how to cope with grief and loss. A grief support group will help you overcome your loss and guide you towards living life again. This group meets in person. Covid-19 safety recommendations are in place. Face masks are recommended - please maintain social distancing.
