Reiki Master Bronwyn Beynon offers healing sessions before the service on Sundays  from 10:20 am to 10:50 am, and after the Service by request - in the Sanctuary. The Grief and Recovery Support Group meets the third Sunday of the month, 1 -3 pm,  with facilitator Jan Coan. Grief can follow any sort of loss or unsettling change, not just the death of a loved one. The good news is that grief can be processed effectively. Learn how to cope with grief and loss. A grief support group will help you overcome your loss and guide you towards living life again. This group meets in person.

The Soul Sisters is dedicated to supporting each other as women. The group meets the last Saturday of the month for reading and discussion.
