The Grief and Recovery Support Group meets the third Sunday of the month, 1 -3 pm,  with facilitator Jan Coan. Grief can follow any sort of loss or unsettling change, not just the death of a loved one. The good news is that grief can be processed effectively. Learn how to cope with grief and loss. A grief support group will help you overcome your loss and guide you towards living life again. This group meets in person.
