Girls Scouts Get a Lesson
In June, a local Girl Scout Troop contacted Unity of Tampa’s Mat Makers to arrange a teaching session on weaving plastic shopping bags into mats for the homeless. The Care Team was happy to accommodate! After the service on June 26 half a dozen girl scouts joined the Mat Makers.
